Rector

The Team Rector of the Parish of Speke, based at All Saints

is the Rev Canon Carol Kidd, who has been here since June 1999.

In addition to her many Church duties, Carol is very involved in community issues, serving on many local committees. She is also a great fundraiser and under her care, the Church and Hall have undergone many repairs, including a complete re-pointing and the installation of a new central heating system in the Church.

The woodlands have also been maintained, 'repaired' and replanted, the latter involving the local school children.

Carol runs a JAM (Jesus and Me) Club for local children which has proved extremely popular, and meets with the Bible Study group on Thursday evenings.

Churchwarden

As for me, I'm Lynne Moneypenny and I have been the Churchwarden at All Saints since 1997.  Amongst other things I was a Sunday School teacher for 14 years, Editor of the Church Magazine for 6, and I'm now the organizer of this web site!  I have attended All Saints since birth and I'm  following in the footsteps of my parents, Enid and Matthew Moneypenny.

Matt was also Churchwarden here in the 1970's and Enid was a Eucharistic Minister.

This web site is dedicated to them.
